Kwik Trip, Inc. located in La Crosse, WI is recalling Glazers Donuts in a 10.75 oz. cardboard box because it may contain undeclared traces of egg. Consumers who are allergic to eggs may run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product. On April 5, Kwik Trip, Inc. recalled all Glazers Donuts from their Retail locations due to the undeclared allergen.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered our supplier had added egg to a key ingredient.

The problem has been corrected. No adverse reactions have been reported.

The recalled Glazers Donuts are in a 10.75 oz. cardboard box, UPC CODE 39779 04033, and were sold in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin with a sell by date on or...

South Florida Produce, LLC is recalling Jalapeno Peppers, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.  Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.  In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.

Topnotch Cookies & Cakes of Westland, MI is recalling 550 Chocolate Chip Chunk Cookies because it may contain undeclared traces of milk in the "butter vanilla flavor"  "containing milk ingredients".
 
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product.
 
Cookies were distributed in Detroit and Lansing, MI, Cleveland, OH, and Chicago, IL to retail stores.
 
Cookie is individually labeled and hand wrapped in clear wrap. Net wt. 3.4 oz., with the expiration on or before April 13, 2012.

 Strong America Ltd. is recalling 6oz Golden Smell brand “Dried Potato” package packages because they contain undeclared sulfites. People who have a sever sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product.

The recalled Golden Smell brand “Dried Potato” is packed in 6oz plastic bags and was sold in NY, MA, and PA. The recalled “Dried Potato” is a product of China.

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this product.

Creme Curls Bakery, Inc. initiated an immediate nationwide recall of 19.4 ounce cartons of Simply Enjoy Vanilla cream puffs distributed by Foodhold U.S.A.,LLC and 13.2 ounce cartons of Vanilla Cream Puffs distributed by Crème Curls Bakery, because the product contains sodium caseinate which is listed on the label, but does not identify the source of sodium caseinate as milk. People who have milk allergies that do not recognize sodium caseinate as a milk derivative run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product.
