Specialized Bicycle Components Expands Recall of Bicycles Due
to Fall Hazard
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission,
in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a
voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers
should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise
instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled
consumer product.

Club Car Recalls Golf Cars Due to Fuel Leak and Fire
Hazard
Name of Product: Golf cars
Units: About 600
Manufacturer: Club Car LLC, of Augusta, Ga.
Hazard: The fuel tank seam can separate and allow fuel to
leak, posing a fire hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: Club Car has received three reports
of incidents involving fuel tank seams splitting. No injuries or
fires have been reported.
Description: This recall involves following 2011
Precedent golf cars. The model and serial numbers are located above
the passenger's side floor board. "Club Car" is printed on the
front of the golf cars.
